"C.A.R." does not provide any other warranty in relation to any of the
products of "C.A.R.", and does not make any representation or warranty
relating to the suitability of any product for any particular purpose, or that
any product meets any specifications other than those of "C.A.R.".
It is the responsibility of the Customer to inspect any product prior to accepting
delivery of it, and by accepting delivery of any product the Customer will be
deemed to have inspected and approved of the merchantable quality of the product
and the product's suitability for the purposes intended by the Customer.
The liability of "C.A.R." shall be limited to the cost of repairing or
replacing any defective product as provided herein, and "C.A.R." shall not be
responsible for any liability in relation to any damage to any property or any
injury (including death) to any person (including Customer) or any loss, cost
expence, or lost opportunity suffered or incurred by any person (including
Customer) directly or indirectly relating to, or arising out of any use of any
product of "C.A.R.".
Any product found by the Customer to be defective within the "one year from date
of purchase" must be reported to "C.A.R." immediately to our Customer Service
Represenative to obtain the necessary "non-conformance return authorization number".
The Customer is advised that a "non-conformance return authorization number" is
required for all defective "C.A.R." parts the Customer encouters.



Incorrectly picked / shipped product by "C.A.R." must be made known to "C.A.R."
by the Customer within fifteen (15) days from the delivery of the product to the
Customer. This notification by the Customer is necessary for the proper "non-
conformance return authorization number" to be issued to the Customer from our
Customer Service Representative.
Damaged and/or missing freight must be accounted for and signed (noted) on the Freight
Carrier's bill of lading; stating all noted damaged and/or lost freight.
Concealed damage must be reported by the Customer to the Freight Carrier within
fifteen (15) days from delivery to the Customer. It is the Customer's responsiblity to
inspect their freight from "C.A.R." within fifteen (15) days of delivery to the
Customer. Once any damage has been found in a shipment, the Customer is advised to
quarantine the shipment and notify the Freight Carrier immediately.
